Refund Policy

At Chesapeake Gunslingers, we want our customers to be confident in every purchase. While many of our products are regulated and non-returnable for safety and compliance reasons, we do offer a limited return and refund policy under certain conditions.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 10 business days of receipt and must meet the following requirements:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Returns must be requested and approved through a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to shipping the item back.

  • All eligible returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

  • Returns must be received within 10 business days of RMA issuance.

Opened items are subject to an additional 15% handling fee.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety, legal, and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Firearms or NFA items once ATF paperwork has begun

  • Ammunition of any type

  • Custom or special orders

  • “As is” or used products

  • Installed or previously used parts or accessories

  • Certain electronic or optic devices

All sales of used firearms are final. Descriptions for used items are based on actual products and condition, with photos provided when available.

3. Refund Options

Approved returns may be processed as:

  • Exchange for another item of equal or greater value

  • Store credit toward future purchases

  • Refund (minus applicable fees) to the original payment method

Refunds are issued after the returned item is inspected and approved.

4. Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Returned shipments must be tracked and insured for their full value.

  • Chesapeake Gunslingers is not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit.

  • Please note that USPS tracing for lost packages may take up to 30 days.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders canceled before shipment may be subject to a 10% processing fee to cover transaction and administrative costs. Special orders that are canceled or unclaimed after 90 days will be considered abandoned and are not eligible for refund.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

7. How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us through our website at https://chesapeakegunslingers.com/contact or call (443) 504-3735. Please include your order number, item details, and reason for return. We’ll review your request and provide RMA instructions if eligible.
